Gentlemen today i had presentation and It was a good experience and useful. My part was to explain what is the short term and long term in Hofstade's Cultural  dimension. What I've learned the meaning of long term is need more effort and work and patience to get results Future also must have so far vision and planning and that not happening easily and fastest.
